Russell is a Director and Portfolio Manager at Evercore Wealth Management, specializing in fixed income. He has 9 years of experience working on Evercore’s proprietary taxable and tax-exempt fixed income strategies. He is a member of the firm’s External Manager Selection Committee, which is responsible for the selection, due diligence and ongoing monitoring of all third-party investment managers.

Prior to joining Evercore in 2014, Russell interned with a private banking group at Merrill Lynch, where he focused on investment research for municipalities and corporations.

Russell received a B.A. in Economics from Ithaca College in 2014 with a minor in Finance. He is a member of the Municipal Bond Buyers Conference.
