Evercore Wealth Management & Evercore ISI Featured in the Tampa Business Journal

Richard Hokenson, head of global demographics research at Evercore ISI, was quoted in the Tampa Business Journal on the business outlook in Florida, following a presentation to Evercore Wealth Management clients at The Birchwood in St. Petersburg.

He noted the state’s low taxes, good climate, and other quality of life factors such as proximity to water and colleges and universities, as drivers of population growth. Manufacturing, retail, commercial and residential real estate, and financial services are the most likely beneficiaries of continued growth in the region, he said.
