Chicago Tribune Quotes Evercore Wealth Management on U.S. Infrastructure Funds

Private investment infrastructure are increasing in the United States, according to the Chicago Tribune in an article quoting Howard Cure, Director of Municipal Bond Research at Evercore Wealth Management. A growing number of institutional funds allow companies to invest in infrastructure assets while the government retains ownership.
Funds are eyeing U.S. infrastructure as “a way to diversify their investment base,” said Cure. Projects on existing roads are appealing because there’s a history of revenue, he added.
