A Message from Chris Zander and Jeff Maurer

All of us at Evercore are committed to doing our part in the business community to help contain the spread of COVID-19, and to protect our colleagues, clients, friends and families. We have activated our business continuity plan and instructed most of our staff to work on a remote basis, effective Monday, March 16.
Evercore Wealth Management and Evercore Trust clients will experience no disruption in our wealth management services. We are fully prepared and equipped to maintain the same level of contact with our clients in delivering comprehensive planning, investing and fiduciary services.
Please note the following:
- All of our clients will receive an invitation shortly to an investment outlook webinar. We will review current market conditions and discuss our outlook. We are confident in our investment approach, while very aware that market volatility of this kind can be unsettling for private investors.
- There will be no change in our ability to accept and invest funds, monitor accounts, and make payments and distributions. We will also have full trading capabilities.
- Client teams will be available by phone and by videoconference. For the time being, we are suspending planned events and discouraging in-person meetings. Clients will be accommodated according to their preferred method of communication.
- Work that must be completed physically in our offices will be managed by onsite staff.
We know that this is a worrisome and uncertain time, both in the markets and in our society. We will stay close to our clients throughout this period and remain focused on meeting long-term goals and sustaining the trust they have placed in our people and our firm.
