Bill is a Partner and Portfolio Manager and a member of the Evercore Wealth Management Equity Selection Committee. He has over 20 years of experience in managing multi-asset class portfolios for families, endowments and foundations.

Bill joined Evercore in 2009 from U.S. Trust where he worked for five years as a senior vice president and portfolio manager. He was previously a portfolio manager and securities analyst at Harris Bretall in San Francisco, where he served on the firm’s strategy committee and managed the growth equity fund.

Bill earned a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley and a J.D. from U.C. Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law. He is a member of the California Bar Association and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
