Jon Kropf

Jon is a Partner at Evercore Wealth Management and the Head of the firm’s San Francisco office, and a Managing Director at Evercore Trust Company. He is a member of the national Strategic Planning Committee.

Jon joined Evercore in January 2025 from IEQ Capital, where he worked with advisor teams focused on business growth. Previously, he held a similar role as an executive at First Republic Private Wealth Management. He began his career at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. Jon has additionally worked as a management consultant at PwC, advising asset managers and the U.S. Department of Treasury.

Jon earned his B.A. from Macalester College.

Jon currently serves on the Board of Directors of SPARK, the Larkspur Corte Madera Schools Foundation.
